“Celeste made a beautiful cover for a very large 10 foot long window seat cushion for me. It was a very challenging project, and she handled it with great aplomb. I brought to her a large throw from Malaysia (maybe antique) made of thin strips of various colors of slippery velveteen stitched together and covered in decorative top stitching. She had to painstakingly take the throw apart, save the border to make the cushion edge and reconstruct the whole thing as a giant cushion cover. She made terrific looking cords from the strips of fabric in a slanting pattern. I was really stunned by the result. She is very talented as well as patient. I highly recommend her for any sewing/tailoring job you may have.”
